Whitby Town have re-signed goalkeeper Henry Popple from Guisborough Town.
Popple previously made two appearances for the Seasiders during the 2024-25 season while deputising during Shane Bland's rehabilitation.
The signing follows news that Oliver Swan is set for a spell on the sidelines after being diagnosed with appendicitis. The club sent Swan its best wishes and said it hopes to see him back fit and well as soon as possible.
At Bamber Bridge, defender Leo Thompson has joined from fellow Northern Premier League side Avro.
Hyde United have brought in two players ahead of their match. Antoine Makoli rejoins the squad after making 82 appearances in his previous spell. Tino Ashagre also joins, signing from FC Halifax Town.
Emley manager Richard Tracey confirmed that midfielder Coban Bird has returned to parent club Leeds United, who he said have given the youngster the chance to play at Step Two. Tracey told the club: "I want to put on record a massive thank you to both Leeds United and Coban for his time with us. Leeds have been fantastic in allowing us to bring him into the club, and we really appreciate everything they've done."
He added: "Obviously, from our perspective, it's disappointing to lose him because he's been an important part of the squad. However, moving up to Step Two is a fantastic opportunity for him, and we wish him all the very best."
A note in the club's release said Joe Stacey had left Emley on Friday afternoon after receiving an increased offer from another NPL club. Tracey said players are on non-contract terms and Emley are not in a position to put every player on a contract.
FC United of Manchester women's players will hold a bucket collection at today's match to raise money for Rachel Lloyd. The money will go towards the surgery she needs after a serious knee injury sustained in a recent match.
