Poole Town appoint Sendles-White as Leighton Town sign Oke-William and Bracknell Town add Thorpe

Poole Town have appointed Jamie Sendles-White as a first team coach, joining Josh Staunton's backroom team.

The club said Sendles-White played in the Football League and non-league with Swindon Town, Leyton Orient and Torquay United. He retired in 2024, now runs his own football coaching academy and has worked in the academy setup at Queens Park Rangers.

He told the club: "I'm delighted to be a part of Poole town. I'm really excited at the potential of what we can build going forward." He added: "Having played with Staunts (the gaffer) and being a really close friend of mine, it was a no brainer for me when he asked me to be a part of his coaching staff. I'm hoping I can bring value to the club and I'm looking forward to continuing what we have started."

Poole also signed 19-year-old forward Jake Lawrence until the end of the season. He came through the youth ranks at AFC Wimbledon and moved into senior football with Kingstonian, before joining Dorking Wanderers. He scored eight goals in 17 appearances on loan at Broadbridge Heath, and later scored on his debut for Bognor Regis Town in a 2-2 draw against Ascot United. Josh McCormick and Henry Spalding have returned to the club from loan spells.

Leighton Town signed striker Manuchim Oke-William, subject to league approval, following his departure from Hanwell Town. The 28-year-old German came through at 1860 Munchen and has played for Brentwood and Welling. He scored 23 goals for Beaconsfield last season. They also signed 22-year-old defender Reece Perry, who can play at centre-back or in holding midfield, after he trained with the group for several weeks. He has played for Taffs Well, Barton Rovers and, most recently, Geylang International.

Bracknell Town signed Harry Thorpe from Havant & Waterlooville, and he went straight into the squad for the game against Gosport Borough. Bradley Wilson also joined from Chertsey Town, where he was leading scorer.

Elsewhere, Havant & Waterlooville signed midfielder Connor Underhill on a 28-day loan from Eastleigh. Chippenham Town confirmed forward Olaf Koszela has left for Dorchester Town after 49 appearances and six goals. Peterborough Sports signed goalkeeper Dan Wilks after his release from Spalding United, and Alvechurch manager Kyle Storer signed a contract until the end of the 2028 season.
