Separately, Oxford City's match preview for Sunday's home game against Fleet Town in the Southern Region Women's Football League reported a change in the visitors' dugout. Craig Hayman has stepped away as Fleet Town manager after a two-year stint, during which the club won promotion to the Southern Region Premier Division in the 2024/25 season.

First-team coach Phil Hemmings took charge as caretaker manager for the previous fixture, a defeat to Bournemouth Sports Women's Reserves, and remains in the role while the club searches for a permanent replacement. According to the preview, he was put in charge on the morning of that match.
