Last season he played for Coleshill Town and Bedworth United at Step 4, and he has also played for Solihull Moors, Alvechurch and Redditch United.

At Coleshill Town, Aaron Lescott has joined as assistant coach. He made more than 350 Football League appearances, coming through the Aston Villa academy and playing for Sheffield Wednesday, Stockport County, Bristol Rovers, Cheltenham Town and Walsall. He has since coached at Stourport Swifts and Telford Town. Steve also returns to the coaching staff as assistant coach for 2026/27 after a short spell away.
