Havant & Waterlooville overhaul squad amid non-league managerial churn

Havant & Waterlooville were the busiest club in this round of movement. Asher Yearwood arrived on loan from Hornchurch and Nathaniel Chioma on loan from Portsmouth, both on 20 October, the same day Finley Walsh-Smith joined from Bognor Regis Town. Joe Oastler returned from Poole Town for an undisclosed fee on 16 October, with Ayo arriving from the same club that day, and Brad Tarbuck came back on 10 October. Going the other way were Faris Khallouqi (25 October), Imran Uche (by mutual consent, 23 October), Harry Thorpe (22 October), Will Wood and John Ufuah (both 16 October), and Mason Hunter, who had been dual registered with Whitstable Town. Paul McCallum left by mutual consent on 7 October and has since joined Eastbourne Borough.

The dugout changes were numerous. Halesowen Town confirmed Russ Penn's departure, with Paul Holleran taking charge as interim manager. Guisborough Town appointed Matthew Tymon as first-team manager and Jason Kennedy as assistant. Buckingham appointed Ryan Gurton, whose return the club welcomed, and Brett Moran joined as assistant after the previous management team left following last week's game. At Fleet Town, Craig Hayman stepped away after two years and Phil Hemmings is caretaker while the club searches for a permanent successor.

Workington were busy off the pitch. Billy Barr extended his contract until May 2029, and assistant manager Lee Andrews, goalkeeping coach Billy Redden and physio Caitlin Gribbon each committed to a further two seasons. Brian Dawson is stepping down as head of academy.

Farnborough signed 23-year-old centre-back Jaden Warner, formerly of Norwich City and Newport County, and 21-year-old goalkeeper Liam Hall, formerly of Wrexham and Sheffield United. Defender Duncan Idehen, 24, left by mutual consent. Hampton & Richmond Borough signed 25-year-old goalkeeper Jamie Searle from Wealdstone.

Loans from league clubs featured widely. Dulwich Hamlet took attacker Shaun Wade from Chelsea, Chorley signed Jake Oram on a one-month youth loan from Doncaster Rovers, and AFC Telford United will have defender Taylor Anderson from Mansfield for a month. Chester signed goalkeeper Joe Wallis on emergency loan from West Bromwich Albion, while Buxton added Josh Pescatore from Swansea City and Olly Tipton from Kidderminster Harriers. Stratford Town brought in Adam Jasper on loan from Tamworth until the end of the year, and Owen James left after 133 appearances and 24 goals.
