Golcar United have issued an injury update on four players, with Kallum Reid returning to contention. According to the club, Reid trained this week and is available for selection for the visit to Barton Town on Saturday 31 October, a 3pm kick-off at the EasyBuy Stadium in Barton.
Will Morrisey is not yet ready to play after a hamstring injury but is thought to be ready in the next couple of weeks. Jerome Bedeau suffered a gash and a Grade 2 ankle sprain in the same challenge with the goalkeeper at Albion Sports, and is out for another week.
Ashley Flynn has had a scan on his knee, carried out with thanks to Stephen Feldman, the Huddersfield Town club doctor. It showed medial ligament damage, which the club said was not as serious as initially feared. No return date has been set, though the club do not expect him to be sidelined for long.
