Nathan Palmer has returned to Erith & Belvedere.
Palmer scored 33 goals in 95 appearances during his first spell, with the Deres announcing that "a familiar face returns with unfinished business and more memories to make".
Erith & Belvedere have also signed Santino Norris on dual registration from Welling United. The club said the move was an example of the "strong relationship and growing partnership" between the two clubs, and thanked Welling United for their support and cooperation.
Snodland Town have also completed a dual-registration deal, bringing in Javaun Splatt with thanks to Margate's management team for facilitating the switch.
