The monthly awards cycle turns over without much ceremony at this level, but this week it was the long-service honours that stood out. At Consett, Calvin made his 600th appearance for the club, becoming only the second player in its 127-year history to reach the landmark. At Hoddesdon Town, Doug Wildey received an FA award marking 50 years of service. Paddy Kennedy was presented with an award by the NTISA for reaching 100 appearances for Nantwich Town, and Clanfield club captain Harry Swatton was recognised for his 150th senior appearance.

The monthly prizes, meanwhile, arrived in volume. Barney Wiggin of Macclesfield was named North West Counties First Division North Player of the Month for September. Josh Unsworth, manager of the Harborough Town U21 side, took the Northamptonshire Combination Manager of the Month award after 11 wins from 11 games. Ampthill Town manager Chris Harvey collected the Division One September Team of the Month award.

Few clubs had a fuller presentation table than Shildon. Joe Posthill won the Player of the Month award for September, Jack Blackford the STP Construction Goal of the Month for his strike against Penrith AFC, and Ben Reay the combined Player and Goal of the Month honours for July and August. Weymouth also doubled up, with Tor Swann voted September Player of the Month and Brooklyn Genesini taking Goal of the Month for his goal against Hartpury.

JJ of Buxton was included after scoring a winning goal, and Sam Hasler of Ashford United took a place in Kent Online's team of the week.

Three honours came from further afield. Matt Crossen of Stockton Town won the IFCPF World Cup with the England Cerebral Palsy team, beating the USA. Oliver Ward of Soham Town Rangers collected the Aus Navy Best Player Award while representing the Royal Marines in Australia, and former Lutterworth Athletic player Charlie Chechlacz won a second consecutive NPL Western Australia Men's Gold Medal with Fremantle City. Off the pitch, Dudley Town director Stephen Austin received the individual Active Inspiration award at the Dudley CVS annual ceremony, while Jack Hopkins was named Punjab United's Ballon d'Or winner after scoring 25 goals from midfield.
