The club announced the move on social media and welcomed him to West Street. The announcement gave no details of his position, age or contract.
At Southend Manor, centre-back Reece Latimer has returned to the club as a new signing.
The club said he adds another defensive option to Aaron Bloxham's squad as they continue their 2026/27 campaign.
"It's great to have Reece back in the yellow and black, and we look forward to seeing him back out on the pitch representing the club," the club said in its announcement.
