Tom Mangan had put the visitors ahead in the 24th minute. Jamie Underhill's free kick levelled it for Cradley Town before Jobee Mills put them in front on 50. Ryan Seal equalised two minutes later, and after Green's pair, Callum North pulled one back for the hosts. George Hockey, on his first league appearance, then headed in for his first goal for the club, and Zac Smithson finished the scoring with an overhead kick in the 85th minute. The result made it five unbeaten for the Ravens, who are at home to Bustleholme on 10 October.

The club also confirmed the return of midfielder Callum Steer from Retford United, having made 61 appearances in his first spell. Farah Abdi was named September Player of the Month, and Green's strike against Lutterworth Athletic won September Goal of the Month.

At the top, Heather St. John's won 2-0 at Birmingham O J M, with Will Groocock and Charles Reginald Trezise-Bruce scoring inside the opening 12 minutes. The club described it as their eighth clean sheet of the season; they remain top and have gone two months unbeaten. Birmingham O J M then beat Bustleholme 3-2, Uwabor scoring twice and an own goal also going their way.

Northfield Town beat Lutterworth Athletic 3-0, with Romano Graham scoring a hat-trick after the winners went down to ten men just before half-time. Ingles beat Anstey Town 4-0, Ryan Charles scoring a hat-trick on his debut after signing from G.N.G. FCV Grace Dieu drew 0-0 with Coventry Copsewood at Ashby Ivanhoe's ground, having moved the fixture because of what the club called circumstances surrounding their current home venue.

Elsewhere, Leicester St Andrews won 2-1 at Kirby Muxloe, Corey Bucalossi scoring and Logan Aston netting on his debut. They also signed midfielder Ryan Calver from Barwell.
