Chasetown Youth FC coach and volunteer win Staffordshire FA awards

Chasetown Youth FC took two honours at the Staffordshire FA Awards, with coach Luke Hill receiving the Griffin Award and Jane Dyson presented with the Bobby Moore Award.

According to the club, Hill's award recognised the exceptional support and leadership he gave his team "through incredibly sad and difficult circumstances". The club said his compassion and strength helped guide his players through a challenging time.

Dyson was honoured for more than a decade of service to the youth set-up, having dedicated countless hours behind the scenes to support players, coaches and fellow volunteers.

Now running 96 teams across the club, Chasetown reiterated its commitment to player care, coaching support and quality experience across all age groups. It congratulated all the evening's winners and nominees and thanked Staffordshire FA for recognising the people who make grassroots football possible.
