Buckingham have appointed Ryan Gurton as first-team manager.
The club announced that Gurton, who has previously been involved at Buckingham as both a coach and assistant, takes on his first role in management. Described by the club as a popular figure well known to players, volunteers and supporters, he now takes charge at the Smith Recycling Stadium.
Brett Moran has joined him as assistant manager. The pair will work together to rebuild and shape the playing squad.
The appointments follow the departure of the previous management team after last week's game. The club said it would give the new management team its full support and asked supporters to get behind them.
Buckingham also welcomed Gurton back in a social media post, promising supporters they would soon hear directly from their new boss.
