Basingstoke Town have signed central defender Dan Bayliss on loan from Farnham Town.
The 27-year-old progressed through Basingstoke's ranks before leaving for Bracknell Town in 2019. He helped them to promotion to Step 3 and later captained them to the First Round of the FA Cup and a second-place league finish.
He then moved to Slough Town in the National League South, where he was a regular over two seasons, before joining Chesham United in the summer of 2025. He signed for Farnham in October 2025, and they went on to win promotion.
Manager Dan Brownlie said: "Dan knows this football club, understands what it means and what's expected here." He added that Bayliss's minutes will need to be managed carefully. Basingstoke also completed the loan signing of forward Amir Hadi from National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town.
At Stratford Town, forward Josh Stidder and defender Tionne Critchlow-Woyo have joined on one-month loans from Coventry City FC. Attacking midfielder Adam Jasper, 21, arrives on loan from Tamworth until the end of the year.
Gloucester City have signed Canadian-born winger James Wilson on a short-term deal. He came through the Toronto FC Academy, played for Vaughan SC in League1 Ontario and then for Dartmouth College in NCAA Division I.
At Stamford, Sam Bayly has stepped away from the club. Stamford said increasing work and personal commitments meant he could not fully commit to the club's three-day-a-week schedule.
