Abingdon United sign striker D'Cruz as Corinthian-Casuals add Barela and lose Everitt

Abingdon United have signed striker Tyler D'Cruz.

The club described him as a "proven striker" and said he had been "highly sought after from our level & above". Abingdon said the signing comes as they look to "kick our season on". The club referenced manager Jules McCalmon's reaction to the arrival, though without publishing direct quotes.

At Corinthian-Casuals, Kaden Barela has joined on dual registration from Walton & Hersham. He appeared in the side on Monday night. The club said the American came through the Swans' academy in the United States, and described him as a naturally left-footed player who offers width and another option in the squad.

Connor Everitt has left Corinthian-Casuals to join Godalming Town. The club said he was a key figure in their title-winning development squad before stepping up to the first team, and that he "always put 100 per cent in for Casuals".
